Transsion Tecno Electronics is looking to hire a Senior Executive – OD (Organizational Development)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Policy, or Performance Management.

Responsibilities:

• Support structural improvements, job evaluations, and organogram updates in line with business needs.

• Draft, review, and implement HR and OD policies to ensure standardization and compliance.

• Coordinate goal-setting, performance appraisal cycles, and performance analytics for continuous improvement.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance culture, motivation, and retention.

• Maintain and update organizational hierarchies ensuring alignment with the approved structure.

• Prepare OD dashboards, performance reports, and analytical insights for management decisions.

• Assist in identifying training needs and follow up on learning and development initiatives.
