1. To set targets & goals of the entire sales team including Branch Supervisors.
2. To develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
3. To supervise sales activities of all Regions by reviewing monthly targets.
4. Responsible for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
5. To conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
6. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
7. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
8. To determine annual unit and gross-profit plan by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
9. To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
10. To implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
11. To maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
12. To establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
13. To monitor entire team\'s performance and motivate them to reach targets
14. To manage entire sales team by participating in recruitment & selection, orientation and training.
15. To manage entire sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
16. To provide professional and technical knowledge of the products as well as system & train the team where necessary.
17. To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
18. To identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor\'s share, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
19. To educate sales team by establishing training programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues.
20. Hold regular monthly meeting with area sales managers & their team mates.
