| Job Description: |
- Responsible to coordinate with all site managers and get demand on regular basis to proceed the further dispatches.
- Responsible to maintain the stock levels of all necessary inventory items at all field sites and Head office for smooth execution of projects.
- Responsible to maintain supply chain working on ERP software and on reliable inventory management systems.
- Responsible to ensure the back-to-back working on different vendors of a particular regular item in order to maintain health competition and economical aspects of procurement.
- Responsible to ensure the deep integration in the market for the taxpayer vendors / suppliers in order to work as per the Tax Rules of Government of Pakistan & Punjab.
- Preparation of requirement of consumable / reusable of project.
- Maintain the two to three months inventory in stock.
- Anticipate the exact requirement and keep the stock according to the actual requirements.
- Coordinate with the vendors and ensure the supplies in time.
- Arrange to send the supplies well before time at all the sites.
- To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
- Preparation of Consumptions of consumable / reusable of project.
- Ensure that implementation of field activities and adheres to company monitoring and evaluation system.
- Ensure the quality of supplies as per agreed standards with the vendors.
- Prepare the Monthly consumption report of all supplies and submit report to the Management.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
