Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via Social Media / Email in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes
Requirements:
- Graduation and Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or in a similar customer service role is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems
