| Job Description: |
We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals having Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or Food Technology (MBA preferred) having 4-5 years of experience in Dairy/FMCG sales operations or customer service.
This position is responsible to:
- Support the sales team with customer account servicing and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports for management insights and decision-making.
- Ensure processes are followed to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and streamline workflows.
- Proficient in Reporting & Analysis, Communication, Process-focused & responsive.
