We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. If you're driven, strategic, and have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare market—especially in Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)—we want to hear from you.
This role requires native-level English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the U.S. healthcare sector
- Promote medical billing and RCM solutions to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Conduct client meetings, present service proposals, and close sales
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive strategic business growth
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or BPO industry)
- Native-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
