Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B business development initiatives in international healthcare markets.

Manage a team of cold callers, email marketers, and other outbound campaigns to generate leads.
- Lead and manage a BD team of 3–4 individuals, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, forecast growth, and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and strategic plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong background in handling cold calling and email marketing for international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Prior experience in the healthcare is strongly preferred.
