| Job Description: |
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team spirit.
- ssist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and employee orientation.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement and training & development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analytics for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with branch HR representatives or Admin Officers for smooth HR operations across locations.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation of best HR practices.
