| Job Description: |
- Ability to oversee all sections of pharmacy (Inpatient, OPD, Clinical, take-home pharmacy and IV admixture services etc.)
- Sound knowhow of Selection and procurement of medicines and surgical supplies
- Pharmacy and inventory software/system and hospital HMIS (MOAR/EMR/CPOE system etc.)
- Pharmacy budgets and human resource management
- Quality and patient safety improvement
- Medication management standards (JCIA)
- Ability to lead teams, and maintain pharmacy as per legal (e.g. DRAP, Punjab Healthcare Commission rules) and standard requirements (ISO, JCIA etc.)
- Ability of excellent interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration (with doctors/nurses, other stakeholders and hospital management)
