We are a growing marketing agency serving clients across the U.S., offering digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, funnel building, and more. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant with Digital Marketing experience to support our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Set up and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
• Create and manage sales funnels (ClickFunnels, Go High Level, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks
• Write and edit content for blogs, websites, and social media
• Coordinate with clients for project updates and approvals
• Use tools like Canva for basic graphics and presentations
• Track marketing performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Perform administrative and CRM-related tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Go High Level, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with running Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads is a plus
• Highly organized and reliable with time management
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zones
