Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center, Pakistan’s leading IVF institute with the largest branch network since 1998, is seeking a confident and experienced Female Customer Services Manager for its Lahore Branch to lead the front-facing team with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Train and guide the customer services team for high-quality patient interaction
- Handle patient queries and appointments in person and over the phone
- Assist patients with follow-ups, procedures, and consultant coordination
- Resolve complaints professionally and ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement
Who We\\\'re Looking For:
- Female candidate with 5-8 years of relevant experience (Healthcare or hospital setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Urdu (Spoken & Written)
- Warm personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
