Responsibilities:

• Have an efficient production team and manage the production process, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring
• Ensure quality and efficiency in production
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Supervise and train production staff
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with quality control and logistics teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in production management in the apparel industry 
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
