We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end clothing production process at our boutique. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality garment manufacturing, timely delivery, and efficient coordination between designers, tailors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor boutique production operations.
• Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, and tailors to meet order deadlines.
• Manage raw material sourcing and inventory levels.
• Implement quality control standards at every stage of production.
• Track production costs and optimize for efficiency.
• Handle vendor and supplier communications.
• Maintain production timelines and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure adherence to brand quality, style, and fit.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion or textile production (preferably in boutiques).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and tailoring processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production software/tools is a plus.
