| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Verify the patient’s case from insurance.
- Document the eligibility of patient.
- Contact patients for reminders of their scheduled appointment.
- Organize each client and patients’ data accordingly.
- Coordinate documents/files timely.
- Maintain accurate records of client/patients’ interactions.
- Follow up with clients and update system timely.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the clients.
- Attention-to-detail, adaptable and able to work independently.
- Collaborate with own and other teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
