Job Description:

We are hiring a QA Executive to monitor UK campaign sales calls, verify sales data, and ensure compliance. The role involves checking call quality, validating sales, preparing QA reports, and supporting the sales team in completing verified sales smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality and compliance

  • Verify customer details and sales accuracy

  • Prepare QA reports and maintain call logs

  • Identify and flag errors or process gaps

  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth sale completions

Requirements:

  • Experience in call QA (UK campaign preferred)

  • Strong sales process understanding

  • Proficient in Excel/reporting

  • Excellent listening & documentation skills

  • Able to work UK shifts
