We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, familiarity with accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers and reconcile statements
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns (sales tax, income tax, withholding tax)
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Prepare and process payroll
• Maintain inventory and cost accounting records for electrical products
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with sales and procurement departments for payment follow-ups and vendor reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter/M.Com preferred)
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company - freshies will also be considered
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, Excel)
• Strong understanding of taxation and financial regulations in Pakistan
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
