We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare/Business Consultant to support the planning, setup, and operational launch of a rehabilitation center for individuals suffering from substance use disorders and mental health conditions in Islamabad. The consultant will lead on facility design, regulatory compliance, staffing, and the development of a sustainable business model to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in acquiring all necessary licenses and approvals (e.g., CDA, IHRA, etc.).
• Assist in site identification, facility layout planning, and overall infrastructure development.
• Advise on equipment requirements, sourcing, and procurement.
• Facilitate the recruitment of qualified medical, therapeutic, and administrative personnel.
• Develop comprehensive treatment protocols, therapy models, and detoxification procedures.
• Create financial forecasts and pricing strategies for both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Provide strategic input on branding, marketing, and client outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in establishing healthcare or rehabilitation facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing processes in Pakistan.
• Proven expertise in financial and operational planning within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership and advisory skills with a hands-on approach to implementation.

Contract Type & Compensation:
