| Job Description: |
We seek a Pharmacist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately and safely, providing patient counseling, and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and potential side effects.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and potential interactions.
- Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy inventory.
- Assist in the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Comply with all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on a similar position.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current pharmacy license from the relevant regulatory authority.
