| Job Description: |
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and reporting needs
- Compile research and present insights through visual reports and summaries
- Maintain inventory records and key operational documents
- Coordinate and conduct inter-departmental meetings and prepare related materials
- Manage the filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Process requisitions for equipment and materials required for the corporate office
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Support the day-to-day administrative and management activities of the department
- Ensure staff discipline and adherence to departmental policies and SOPs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational data
- Participate in quality improvement and assurance activities aligned with ISO/JCIA standards
