Job Description: |
The position holder is expected to interact frequently withal stakeholders including engineers, management, vendors and clients to understand project requirements and provide status updates.
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Can write process/ project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management
Manage Scope, Schedule and Quality of multiple projects a time.
Develop processes and flow chart.
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
Working Hours: 8 working hours (Monday to Friday) Night Shifts
Qualification:
- Preferably a CS / IT / Business graduate from a reputed university with minimum 02 years of project management experience. PMP preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate creative solutions.
- Outstanding grasp of Information Technology concepts and processes.
- Excellent research, analytical, requirement gathering, planning, and communication skills.
- Must have leadership skills and the ability to drive projects independently without close supervision.
- Find out what the client wants from their IT system.
- Monitor progress and make sure timescales and quality standards are met.
- Adjust plans to cater for unforeseen circumstances
- Keep senior managers and clients up to date with progress
- Sign off and evaluate completed tasks
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Using CRM to keep track of people and progress
- Call Center / BPO experience is preferred
