| Job Description: |
We are looking for the services of a hard working with good interpersonal skills “Assistant Accountant”.
Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Supporting the accountant and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks.
- Authorizing all cash payments of routine expenses.
- Follow-up recovery of receivables from Sales Staff.
- Manage Venders Ledgers and Payments to Venders.
- Can able to prepare management reports
- Appointing and Maintaining of Staff Record and Preparation and Distributing Salaries to Staff.
- Record all financial Transaction in Customized Software.
- Dealing with all kind of bank matters and with Government Regulatory Departments.
- Assist in Preparation of Trial Balances and Financial Statements using Database Software.
- Can able to prepare Monthly & Weekly Bank Reconciliations
- Follow up Shipments of new arrival stock
