The selected candidate/s will directly work with our Consulting teams on the projects delivery side. The responsibilities will include:

• To assist Lead Consultant/Project Manager in collection of technical information through interviews/focused group sessions and other means required for executing relevant project activities and to officially record them
• To assist the Lead Consultant & the clients in designing management systems by: conducting risk & business impact assessments; developing catalogues, services/processes and information asset inventories, developing relevant policies, procedures and other relevant documents based on the information collected and provided by the clients;
• To assist the Lead Consultant in rolling out the management systems through awareness, training & onsite coaching sessions and in conducting internal audits
• To assist the Lead Consultant & all Consulting team members in executing the project as a ‘team player’;
• Strictly adhere to Company’s quality, information security and HR policies & procedures.

Desired Skills and Expertise

•          Minimum Bachelor-level degree from a recognized & reputable University
•          Excellent written (documentation, emails, developing presentation) and spoken (verbal, formal presentations) communication skills
•          Work-planning and coordination skills
•          Proactive, self-initiator, presentable, and polite personality

• The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program (offsite/on-job) on relevant management systems offered by Business Beam to equip with knowledge & to polish skills required to execute clients’ projects
