| Job Description: |
| Looking for a Structural Design Engineer for our parent company PITCO for one of its projects Golen Gol Hydropower Project. Golen Gol Hydropower Consultants JV, involved in Construction Supervision of Golen Gol Hydropower project, is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Structural Design Engineer to be based at Chitral. Responsibilities All the structure design activities for the project will be carried out under the guidance of Structural Design Engineer. As team leader he will provide expert advice particularly for the Structural Design. He will also work closely with Design Team particularly and other departments in general. Other responsibilities include,
- Overall management of Structural Design and review on the Golen Gol Hydropower Project site
- Development of the Structural Design and modification, and preparation of technical manuals and reports
- Analyze configurations of the basic structural components
- Issuance of construction drawings and any modification therein
- Assistance to the Project Manager and the coordinator of the Powerhouse in smooth working and timely completion of the Golen Gol Hydropower Project Site.
- Liaison with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected constructions are structurally sound.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering in relevant discipline from reputable Institution
- Must possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the field of Hydro Electrical Power Plants in similar capacity.
- Must possess excellent management and interpersonal skills
- Must have working knowledge of legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
