- Holds CA / CA (inter) / ACCA / ACMA / MBA along with a Bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Taxation
Job Description
- Effective team leadership and timely decision making in tax matters.
- Tax planning and evaluation of merger & acquisition transactions.
- Tax accounting, SOX compliance and Group reporting.
- Implementation of tax changes and co-ordinating consequential commercial, technical and financial implications.
- Reviewing business plans from tax perspective
- Providing tax advice and support for business transactions / contracts
- Devising tax strategy and implementing tax planning for tax efficient transactions / structures.
- Tax litigation strategy, attending hearings before authorities and finalizing audits and assessments.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Negotiations, Interpersonal skills and Team management skills
