| We are looking for a Head of HR Department with strong managerial experience of 7+ years to join our IT organization. This is an excellent opportunity to join an interesting, challenging and fast-paced business where you will be involved in challenging and exciting HR activities.
Your focus will be to manage the HR team and own the HR strategy, attract and retain the best talent, develop and progress careers within the organization, be a trusted partner to the CEO CTO, maximize employee engagement and create a personal HR presence across the organization through streamlining the policies and procedures.

Worked as part of a senior leadership team
First-class senior stakeholder management skills
Solid academic qualifications in HR
Experience of leading the HR department, preferably in the IT sector

Strong knowledge of employment law and IT industry practices
