| Job Description: |
Job Objective
Develop, analyze and generate reports for Management Information System (MIS), product performance, new products, annual marketing budget and market research analysis to support marketing department help achieve the Bank’s revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting of the retail bank portfolio.
- Analyze all progress reports and provide recommendations based on factual data.
- Assist Product Manager in new product platform planning and developing new business plans; create cash flow forecasts, and manage budgets for new ventures
- Ensure healthy portfolio growth through tracking and measuring of product performance.
- Coordinate with areas in Khushhalibank Network to serve as a communication between Marketing Department and Area representatives.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing and new products; identify gaps and suggest remedial measures.
- Assist the PM in developing financial budgeting models for new products and ventures.
- Assist PM in preparation of the Annual Marketing budget.
- Conduct regular market research and business intelligence activities as per agreed standards/formats/intervals.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum two years of experience in the field of finance (preferably in a financial institution).
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies.
- Possess high initiative and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office.
