| Job Description: |
- Position is Karachi based
- Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements, ranging from product campaigns to award programs to promotion of their corporate image.
- Suggest different product options to the customer from Prontos product portfolio, after reviewing the customer brief.
- Obtain approval on the product type and material from the customer.
- Share different visuals or samples in case of existing product.
- Take client's feedback on them
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Production to prepare the cost sheet and prepare the final quotation for the customer.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designers for the visuals, artwork and design of the product and its packaging.
- Liaise with the Development section for the development of the product prototype and send to the customer for approval.
- Ensure that customer feedback is given top priority at every step of the process.
- Issue OCN (Order Confirmation Note) to Sourcing & Production Department after receiving formal go ahead from the Client.
- Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, development, quality and delivery.
- Coordinate with production to ensure adherence to timelines and timely delivery of the product to the customer.
- Prepare various sales presentations
- Maintain Records (Files & Database)
- Maintain Visual Data Bank
- Develop and maintain Product Database and ensure that its privacy is maintained.
- To update product list
