| Job Description: |
- Will Work as the Assistant to Manager Operations.
- In absence of Manager Operations will perform his duties in consultation with Director Campus.
- Detail the Operations staff on various duties complaints / security/maintenance.
- Will act as a Liaison/Contact between Government authorities.
- He is responsible to maintain petty cash.
- He is responsible to process all bills related to the various faculty and Secretariat through his staff in time.
- He is responsible to provide transport to faculty members and management staff on the instructions of Manager Operations, in case the requirement of vehicles is more than the transport held.
- Supervise the Projects execution related to the University.
- Supervise the Store issuance/ received ledgers.
- Assist with preparation of the Budget.
- Implement financial policies and procedures.
- He is responsible for arranging/ supervising the indoor & outdoor meetings/ events.
