We seek a dynamic, strategic-thinking, and results-driven Business Development Director to join our UK Software Startup team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with proven experience in planning, program management, and business development, preferably within the software industry. This is a fully remote position, and the candidate must be willing to work in a virtual environment, managing projects and teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Led the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment and have access to a reliable internet connection.
