Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer Services Representative builds connections on behalf of the company.

2. Identify and evaluate customers' need to deliver satisfaction.

3. Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders.

4. Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive discussion.

5. Manage complaints and provide proper solutions within time limit.
