Role & Requirements:
- You must have minimum 1 year experience on any of the call center campaigns/projects i.e. Final Expense Insurance or Medicare Health Insurance.
- You should have Minimum Bachelor's (completed) education completed (preferred).
- You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to complete given tasks on time.
- You will be required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the customer support/sales agents in our outbound telesales department.
- You are the finest individual with profound verbal communication skills.
- You have the desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
- You must be a target-oriented and highly motivated person.
- You must be available to work full-time in USA business hours Night Shifts.
