We are looking for a Senior Investment Banking Analyst for one of my clients based in the USA.

Role Responsibility

1. Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

2. Perform various valuation methods – Real Estate/companies, precedents, and DCF.

3. Develop recommendations for product offerings, commercial real estate, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

4. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books.

5. Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

6. Make capital structure recommendation.

7. Create presentations for Investors /lenders.

8. Track Deal Flow for the firm.

9. Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news. 10. Screening Investors' request from time to time.

11. Understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Commodity. Trading.
