The candidate will be managing the social media platforms of the company, getting content to post through the existing design team, giving feedback on the creative content, getting posts prepared on the lines of the current trends, answering and aligning the customer's queries to the relevant departments.

1. Knowledge of working with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords etc.
2. Keep updating by posts to all social media platforms of company
3. Must know how to create Facebook ads, create audiences, develop & lead generation.
4. Understanding of content management for the purpose of write-ups, presentations, copywriting and captions for the social media posts and websites.
5. Getting the ads artwork designed, placing ads on social media platforms within the prescribed budgets from the management.
6. Extracting and forwarding the leads from the page to the CCO.
7. Utilizing social media to generate audience & followers.
8. Sound understanding of the technicalities with regards to the real estate industry.
9. Writing and developing writeup for the brochures, company profiles.
10. Coordination with Media and graphic design for the content of the social media pages managed.
11. Other tasks assigned by line manager/HOD.

Requirement: Minimum Graduation degree in Business and IT

Salary: From 25,000 - 50,000 per month
