We are currently on the lookout for highly motivated Business Development Executives with 3-5 years of Sales and Business Development experience (ideally in software services). We are seeking professionals with excellent communication skills to add to our existing Business Development Team.

The ideal candidates will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Directly communicating, engaging and working with potential clients to close deals.
• Working with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose winning solutions.
• Preparing high quality business proposals.
• Maintaining contact with existing clients and ensuring a high level of happiness.
• Must be organized and process-oriented.
• Ideal candidates will be the face of the company to create and implement an effective business development strategy.

Working Hours/Shift:

• 5 days a Week
• 3rd (Night)
• 9pm-6am
