We are looking for Recruiting Officer for the Lahore office in the Call center industry
• Minimum 5 Years of experience working in the HR operations
• 2+ years of management experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and providing guidelines to the HR team.
• Proven track record of strategically defining and delivering HR operations.
• Minimum Master's degree required in HRM (MBA, MPA, MHRM)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
