We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and develop, implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Building a roadmap, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/ SEM/ SMO and SMM, affiliate, email advertising campaigns.
• Development of SEO, Social Media, and PPC strategies, providing Consultation to our clients, and tactical execution of the plans across all marketing channels.
• Managing social media channels and identifying additional social channels to interact with the target audience.
• Responsible for developing a digital marketing team to drive successful client engagements.
• Should have prior experience of leading and handling Digital Marketing team in the past.
• Communication to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
• Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest.
• Develop and manage all published content (images, newsletters, video, and written) to reach the company's target customers.

Required skills and experience:

• Seasoned marketing professional with 4+ years of experience.
• Working experience on Google Analytics, online marketing tools, SEO practices, and techniques is mandatory.
• Experienced in Digital marketing techniques of SEO, SMM, SEM, SMO, and concepts of web analytics, usability, website development management.
• Proven track record and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns for an IT niche.
• Ability to do internet research, handling team managing all SMO, SEM, SMM, and online
• Excellent written, oral and organizational skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with zeal and deliver on time.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
