| Job Description: |
- Overall Responsible for Human Resource Management of the group with an Objective to achieve optimum utilization of present manpower, using latest Techniques /Tools/ HR Software available for recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, motivation and Management Development of the employees.
- To initiate and finalize Human Resource planning in accordance with the strategic plans of the Group
- Preparation of HR budget on the Annual basis in line with the overall Budget of the Group and its appropriate implementation.
- Responsible for OD and continuous Change Management function of the Group
- Recruitment of Staff as per requirements of the HODs/operation managers subject to the approval of the competent authority.
- Development and implementation of comprehensive orientation programs for recruited employees at all levels.
- To undertake the exercise of Training Need Assessment as and when required by the Management.
- Administration and compilation of Performance Appraisal exercise well within the stipulated time.
- Development of a hierarchy of pay scales in the hotel after undertaking the exercise of Job Evaluation and on Going Market Rate with specific Reference to Competitors Pay Scales and Perks
- Development and implementation of succession plans for all levels of employees.
- To ensure maintenance of appropriate leave record of all employees as per Group policy.
- Quality Recruitment within the stipulated time.
