Job Description:
  •       Develop and pursue sales strategies and territory plans that effectively market to clients and customers to drive profitable sales growth
  •       Develop territory analysis and execute sales strategies against analysis with data-driven decision making
  •       Assist accounts with the formation and implementation of actionable plans, structure and best practices for business development
  •       Retain and expand relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives, and proactively develop relationships with new business clients
  •       Achieve sales targets through the execution of self-generated business development
  •       Ensure comprehensive marketing of our products while also ensuring the promotion of our organization and products
  •       Work with the sales teams on a regular basis to achieve results, identify areas for opportunity
  •       Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  •       Identify ongoing business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
  •       Flexibility and adaptability are essential as BDMs are the liaison between the company’s headquarters and their assigned territory stores
  •       Play an active role in operations, including: warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics activities.
  •       Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  •       Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals and reports to management.
  •       Bi monthly basis do complete market research and monitor competitor activity and share reports with the management.
  •       Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads.
  •       Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients and keep record of upcoming due payments as per company policies.
  •       Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  •       Most importantly, as a sales individual, you should be spending most of your time in the field.
  •       Share daily visit report with the management with key inputs to ensure sales growth.
