Job Description:

Next Order is looking for motivated Customer Care Representatives responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders and requests for our restaurant partners across Australia. By providing quality customer service, you will have an enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work.

What you'll be doing daily

  • Answering customers’ calls and processing orders on behalf of our restaurant partners. You will be responsible for greeting customers and accurately taking their food orders over the phone.

  • Ensuring each customer gets a great experience on every call and is prompted to try new items that they might be interested in. You will be required to learn specific Restaurant menus in-depth and learn different Western food types to understand each customer easily.

  • Managing customer expectations and calming any confrontation from upset customers. You may need to deal with upset customers and promptly pass through any issues to the restaurant manager.
