Education: MBA MARKETING & SALES / B.E. TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Experience: 7+ years of Experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should be aware of Software and must have hands on experience in software selling in the respective market.
- Build rapport with new and existing clientele to create opportunities and ensure customer success.
- Drafting, Selling and Managing IT SLA contracts / AMCs with large corporates
- SLAs/AMCs wired/wireless networks, security, servers and storage, VM and backup, physical security/CCTV, UPS and power, data center maintenance),
- Developing costing models and maintaining profit margins as per the management governance policies.
- Complaints Management: Routing complaints to and following up with Customer Care and Field Teams.
- Purchase Management: Raising Purchase Orders to fulfill customer SLA requirements
- Handling opportunities and Projects in the field of IP Telephony, Infrastructure setup, IT & Networking from new as well as existing customer base.
- Keeping up with key decision makers in the org. to align with their yearly IT plans
- Preparing solution with presales teams based on clients requirement; may be based on different products from multiple vendors.
