Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Administrator/ Documents Verification Officer to join our team!



  • Organize, structure, and manage documents (Degree and Transcript) verification process from different universities, colleges etc.

  • Transfer data from paper formats into database systems

  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

  • Verifies and logs receipt of verified data.

  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

  • Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.


Experience:



  • Previous experience in Field verification job or Documentation work in Universities is a plus

  • At least 1- 2 years’ experience required.

  • Intermediate commerce / bachelor's commerce


Qualifications/Skills:



  • Full command on MS office (Excel, Word), familiar to work on computer.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision


Salary: Rs18,000 - Rs20,000 per month


Shift Time: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM


Location: Muslim Town, Lahore
