| Job Description: |
We are looking for a HR Administrator/ Documents Verification Officer to join our team!
- Organize, structure, and manage documents (Degree and Transcript) verification process from different universities, colleges etc.
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Verifies and logs receipt of verified data.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Field verification job or Documentation work in Universities is a plus
- At least 1- 2 years’ experience required.
- Intermediate commerce / bachelor's commerce
Qualifications/Skills:
- Full command on MS office (Excel, Word), familiar to work on computer.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Salary: Rs18,000 - Rs20,000 per month
Shift Time: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM
