Job Description: |
Align Task and Monitor Hardware & Software Team to complete scope of work
- Coordinate with clients to timely solve the issues
- Installation & Delivery coordination (Hardware & Software Depart)
- Support coordination (Hardware & Software Dept)
- Delivery Challan collection coordination
- Payment follow up
- Collection of Payments by Team
- Collection of I&T Challan by Team
- Responsible to reply clients email in concern of installations progress, support issues etc
- Coordinate finance & store for arrangement of invoice & goods
- Provide details to finance for making DO and invoice
- Coordinate Store for issuance of Goods for delivery & Demo
- Sent update pending list by daily basis, adding new support scope of work on it by daily basis.
- Forward Support Calls to concern department, after checking warranty status.
- Follow up team for update status of complains.
- Follow up client for pending installations of hardware & software
